Retainer Terms & Fine Print
*Sign up for your current monthly average and receive 10% off any additional hours beyond your retainer.
(Available to select clients only. Please contact us to see if you quality. The retainer must reflect your typical monthly workload to qualify for the discount. For example, if you've been averaging 8 hours/month, your retainer must be set at 8 hours or more to qualify for your discount.)
Turnaround Time
2–3 business day turnaround applies to small projects such as ad design, website maintenance, and minor edits.
Turnaround time applies to regular business days and excludes any planned out-of-office time (shared via a private calendar).
Larger projects like packaging, brochures, or multi-page documents may require more time, but they’ll still be counted toward your monthly retainer hours and scheduled with priority.
General Terms
Hours do not roll over from month to month.
Unused hours expire at the end of each month to ensure availability for active clients.
Any additional hours beyond your retainer will be billed monthly at your standard rate (minus 10% if you qualify*)
You'll receive a monthly time report so you can track how your hours were used.
A 30-day notice is required to cancel or change your retainer package.
Vacation & availability
Planned Time Off: Any upcoming vacation time of 3+ days will be communicated with at least two weeks notice, and all out-of-office dates will be visible via a private retainer client calendar.
If my availability affects your retainer, you’ll have the option to:
Pause your retainer (no charge, no hours reserved), or
Reduce your retainer for that month to reflect adjusted availability
Priority scheduling and turnaround times will resume as normal once I’m back
